HR Manager (m/w/d)

As the HR Manager at Keen Games, your long-term target is to be fully responsible for all HR-related matters within the company. Your immediate goal is to drive and help us in improving our recruitment process, implement formal performance and review processes as well as be in charge of employee benefits, Employer of Record (EOR) management, vacation tracking and similar tasks. Additionally, you will manage our hybrid office system, employee education programs, Q&A sessions and much more. Your role will also involve initiating various projects to enhance company culture and ensuring compliance with German labor law. Again, the long-term goal is to be fully responsible for the whole HR department.
